1. Q. How do we track purchases we make?
A. There are 2 tracking systems. The first is within the storefront. Go to service and click on it. You will be taken to a window where you enter your tracking number from xtremegrip.com. This will show you where your order is within the manufacturing facility and the shipping department. The second tracking number is from PayPal if you want this option and is used for tracking your package after it has been mailed. Go to http://lp2cd.com/USPS_tracking.htm and enter your PayPal tracking number. Both tracking numbers should come to you via Email so make sure this entry is correct.
